Working with disabled children, young people and their families

Location: South Gloucestershire

The Position:

To support the development and administration of the 3 BANES Projects including the compilation of personal records for each child/young person. Act as a point of contact for enquiries from parents, young people and others. Work directly with young disabled people within the 3 BANES projects, supporting them to achieve their potential and to ensure agreed targets and outcomes are met. Work alongside sessional staff promoting good practice.
