Assistant Director-Short Breaks

Grade 2, FTE £32,845- £35,666, 36 Hours per week

The Position


Due to expansion of our Short Break services and the success of our Direct Short Breaks online programme we are looking to recruit a dynamic manager with the vision to inspire existing projects and seek out new development opportunities.

 

The successful candidate will have: 

  • A relevant qualification e.g. a degree in Health ,Social Care, Voluntary Sector Management or Education 
  • Proven experience of working with disabled children and their families
  • A passion for making a difference to the lives of families with disabled children
  • A minimum of three years management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Ofsted and Quality Care Commission Standards
