Organise an Event for KIDS
Featured Event: The Funky Neon summer charity ball
Jufri wanted to make a difference and to help children who are less privileged than himself. He decided to get a group of his friends together and organise a ball which would raise money for two charities – one of which was KIDS! Not only did the event raise a superb £20,000 but it was a great opportunity for lots of friends to get together and have some fun! The Funky Neon Ball was a fabulous night of dinner, entertainment and dancing and Jufri says:
“I first heard about KIDS through my brother who has been on KIDS Halloween Party committee for a few years now so I did some research. Once I started reading about the work KIDS do with disabled children I knew immediately I wanted to support them! I really enjoyed organising the Funky Neon Ball and got all my friends and family involved. The event was a success and we raised more money than I could have hoped for. I’m so pleased the money will be spent on KIDS projects throughout the UK.”
