First birthday for KIDS Direct Short Breaks

Exactly one year ago, on the 9th June 2009, around 150 people attended the parliamentary launch at the House of Commons. Shortly after, the first short break (a trip to the Natural History Museum) took place on 10th June 2009. So, whether you class today or tomorrow as the anniversary it is definitely a time for reflection and celebration.
 

Emma Clarke, the Director of KIDS Short Breaks celebrated with this message:

 “Our service makes a positive difference to people up and down the country so I would like to say thank you, and well done, for all the effort and commitment that you have demonstrated over the past year – long may it continue!"
