Events celebrating KIDS' 40th anniversary:

A group of KIDS staff and parents completed the Snowdon Challenge on 3rd September in wet weather conditions, but succeeded in reaching the top. There were some aches and pains afterwards but all agreed it was a fantastic weekend. You can check out their amazing experience and the views here:

The Snowdon Challenge

Mount Snowden, the ultimate team challenge

  • Do it and raise money for KIDS!
  • Great for team building!
  • Our mini bus is available for transport.
  • We can provide sponsor forms and t-shirts.

What does it involve?

At 1,085 metres (3,560 ft), Snowdon is the highest point in Wales and a real mountain challenge. With a long and winding path to the summit, this challenge lets you experience Mount Snowdon at its best. Trekking up to the top, you’ll be rewarded with awe-inspiring mountain scenery of Snowdonia National Park with the Isle of Anglesey and Irish Sea in the distance.

Parascending

Take a boat trip from the Pier along the River Humber. Parachute up to 200 feet – land safely back in the boat. You don’t even get your feet wet!

Take a look at the parascending website for Steve Webb who runs the boat trips http://www.humberparascending.co.uk/

Ongoing dates available – contact KIDS for sponsor forms and more details.

Parachute Jumps

Would you like to do a skydive – tandem or solo – dates to suit you can be arranged.
