Hours of work: Part time, 30 hours per week on a rota basis
This post is a temporary post to cover maternity leave.
To provide a high quality learning environment for all children attending KIDS Inclusive Nursery in line with EYFS/ECM outcomes and the SEN Code of Practice
To develop an exciting environment where children can achieve and enjoy learning in line with the EYFS, ECM and SEN Code of practice
To enable staff to actively engage in delivering a service that achieves outstanding outcomes for all children
To ensure the curriculum is differentiated to support the individual needs of disabled children
To foster a team where excellence is continuously achieved
To review performance of all staff reporting to you in line with KIDS appraisal procedures
To ensure all contract and reporting requirements are met in line with KIDS guidelines
To work with the Early years Manager and other EY’s Co-ordinators to achieve the Excellence in Early Learning quality assurance kite mark
To actively participate in departmental and regional meetings
To represent KIDS at multi-disciplinary meetings
