The is an independent service specifically for disabled children and young people aged 8-19 years accessing overnight short breaks, looking after children and those placed within independent settings. The aim of the service is to promote the rights of disabled children and young people, facilitating their participation in the decision making processes. This ensures that they are supported and empowered to realise their aspirations and live in an inclusive community.
