The Position

To enable us to run our Family Centre smoothly we are looking to recruit an Assistant Administrator to join our busy admin team. The candidate will need to be personable, welcoming and confident with their administration, be able to use their initiative, be proficient with Microsoft Office packages meetings and be able to work to a high standard.

The Role:

  • The role will cover the reception and  be responsible for the office telephone system and voicemail
  • To carry out administration tasks
  • Meet and greet visitors to the Centre and offer hospitality to ensure their immediate needs are met
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintain appropriate administrative systems to meet the needs of the Centre
