To enable us to run our Family Centre smoothly we are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our busy admin team. The candidate will need to be personable, welcoming and confident with their administration, be able to use their initiative, be proficient with Microsoft Office packages, experienced in finance administration and be able to work to a high standard.
•The role will be primarily finance administration tasks. This will include processing invoices, producing invoices, petty cash and payroll.
•To assist in the daily management of the Centre and its administrative structures
•Maintain appropriate administrative systems to meet the needs of the Centre
