KIDS Strut's big trip to Cyprus

24 June 2015

In the May half-term holiday ten children, accompanied by five members of staff from KIDS Strut in Lincoln, enjoyed a fun filled break in Cyprus.  Hosted by members of the Cyprus RAOB, the trip was made possible by the RAOB and Holidays Of A Lifetime (HOALT).  For all of the children it was their first experience of flying and also of a holiday outside the UK.

A fun packed 15 days included swimming at the largest water park in Europe, bowling and a trip to a camel park; a voyage aboard the pirate ship “ The Black Pearl” was particularly popular, with the braver children (and staff members) going swimming of the back of the ship.  The trip ended with a day as the guests of RAF Akrotiri where they were treated to a tour of the station and allowed to have fun with the firecrews and soak everyone!

Have a look at the photos from the trip in the video below:

KIDS Strut would like to send a big thank you toeveryone who made the trip possible!
