Harrow Short Breaks

How does the service work?

Each family is allocated a short breaks practitioner who will provide a weekly or fortnightly break.
Families are entitled to 100 hours per year, as per the local authority’s core offer.

The service is regularly reviewed and closely monitored by the service manager.

Short breaks can be funded through direct payments or privately
